2. Service description

DrugCard displays FDA-approved drug label information retrieved from the openFDA API. Content is provided as-is, sourced directly from publicly available FDA data.

3. Not medical advice

DrugCard is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or medication. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of content you read on DrugCard.

4. Accuracy

DrugCard relies on data provided by the FDA. While we strive to display this data accurately, we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy. FDA label information can change over time; always verify with your pharmacist, doctor, or the manufacturer's current labeling.

5. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrugCard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt operation, scrape content at scale, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
